Mollie joined Thudium Law following eight years with the Hamilton County Domestic Relations Court. Mollie most recently served as a Domestic Relations Magistrate from March 2020 until September 2025, presiding over all aspects of divorce, dissolution, child custody, child and spousal support, and domestic violence cases.

 Prior to her appointment to the bench, Mollie served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Jon H. Sieve and ran the Court’s Family Law Clinic as the Family Law Clinic Coordinator. These roles gave her a strong foundation in family law practice and a deep understanding of the court’s inner workings.

Mollie brings to her clients a unique and invaluable perspective shaped by her years on the bench. Her practical knowledge, judicial insight, and compassionate approach allow her to guide individuals and families through challenging legal matters with clarity and confidence.
